成立於1997年，以綠能事業消費性LED光電產品代工生產為主要事業，在不斷看到歐美各國對地球自然環境變遷及對我們的生態所造成的影響而做的努力，加上台灣市場對環保、樂活、塑化劑問題的認知提昇之下，成立了第二事業體-奧維企業股份有限公司，並引進了法國及美國天然有機的個人及居家清潔保養用品，主要的品牌有：

About us

Since 1997, Oswald has specialized in produce green energy products.　While we have more concern on the planet and our environment, we believe there should be more we can do every day.　Therefore, we decided to set up another division “Oswald Essence” and bring more nature or organics personal care and home care products to Taiwan.　Now, we are the exclusive agent for Method Products, Ecover, Kin+Kind, Birking… in Taiwan.　We see our business as a little green soldier to the environment, never test on the animals, constantly seeking the most healthy nature and organics products to people in our beauty island – Formasa Taiwan.
